Offering a special four course set menu at £23.90 per head and favourite dishes from the normal menu can also be ordered. The Balti House will be offering an excellent takeaway service aswell on Christmas Day so if you have burnt the Turkey don’t panic we are here.
A Fantastic charity Quiz night was organised by the Harbourside Rotary Club on the 11th March. Everyone who attended had a great time and alot of fun. The atmosphere on the night was brilliant with good friendly rivalry between the teams. More than a thousand pounds was raised for local charaties on the night…..Fantastic!!!!!!
A Charity Night will be held on the 19th of November for Children In Need. A set meal has been arranged at £19.50pp. So why not treat yourself at our restaurant to first class Indian cuisine and service and at the same time help a very worthy cause. Proceeds from the night will go to Children In Need.
Its Official. The BaltiHouse is now recognised as one of the best Indian Restaurants in the country. On the 3rd of November the Oscars of the curry industry The British Curry Awards was held at the grand venue of Battersea Evolution. Host of the event was Sir Trevor McDonald and chief speaker on the night was Tory party leader David Cameron. It was a fantastic awards ceremony with many other celebrities and dignitaries present. At the awards ceremony The Balti House was recognised as one of the Best Indian restaurants in the country and presented with an award.
Good News the Balti House has been shortlisted in this years prestigious British Curry Awards. The British Curry Awards are like the Oscars of the Indian Restaurant Industry, so it is a great achievement just to be shorlisted for the awards.
The New Rajasthani menu is proving to be more popular than we had expected. The Red Lamb Curry known as Laal Maas has been the one that the people who have tried it are raving about. There have been many request for this dish to be added to the Ala Carte menu, and we may just do that at the end of the year.
